Eli Curi Bio

Eli Curi represents emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and private equity firms in technology, life sciences, and other growth industries. Eli leverages Latham’s global platform and his prior experience as a C-level executive at a venture-backed enterprise SaaS company that successfully exited in order to provide clients with advice on a full range of matters and transactions. Eli advises on a full spectrum of industries, including AI, SaaS, fintech, insurtech, life sciences and digital health, foodtech, and e-commerce. He also has particular experience representing Latin America tech companies and investors. He is a member of Latham’s Hispanic and Latin American Lawyers Group.
