Drew Levin is an insurance counseling and recovery partner in the Los Angeles office. Drew advises on a broad array of insurance issues, with extensive experience negotiating all forms of transactional insurance policies, including representations and warranties policies, non-US warranties and indemnities policies, tax risk, and other specific liability policies, and pursuing claims under those policies on behalf of Latham’s policyholder clients.
