David Brown Bio

David Brown advises private equity firms as well as public and private companies on a range of corporate transactions and related matters. He previously served as Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice as well as Local Co-Chair of the Corporate Department. He advises some of Latham’s largest and most influential private equity clients on a full spectrum of transactions, leveraging more than two decades of experience and a thorough and analytical approach to often complex and cross-border deal-making.
