Daniel Breslin Bio

Daniel Breslin is the Chair of the Chicago Corporate Department. He advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and clients on mergers and acquisitions and other significant corporate transactions, both in the US and cross-border. Daniel delivers solution-oriented counsel to private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and strategic clients. Combining experience in a wide variety of M&A and general corporate matters, he develops business-focused strategies for clients’ most critical transactions. He is a member of Latham's Ethics Committee.
