Burc Hesse is Office Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins in Germany. He advises financial investors, focusing in particular on complex cross-border leveraged buyouts. He counsels private equity investors and their portfolio companies, both on the buy-side and the sell-side, on M&A transactions.
