Brian Duff Bio

Brian P. Duff is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. Brian represents strategic and private equity buyers and sellers in public and private M&A transactions, as well as, issuers and investment banking firms in public and private securities offerings and restructurings. He also regularly advises public and private company clients on corporate governance and securities law compliance matters. Brian's experience spans a broad range of industries, including healthcare and life sciences, internet and digital media, retail, investment banking, and manufacturing.
