Stephen Shi is a partner in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. Mr. Shi primarily handles private equity matters, cross border M&A transactions, and venture capital financings, with a particular focus on the Greater China region. Mr. Shi has experience advising top-tier private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and multinational and Chinese corporations on a wide range of complex transactions, including buyouts, growth equity investments, joint ventures, public takeovers, and PIPE. Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Shi worked in the Hong Kong and Beijing offices of a leading global law firm.
