Trevor Lavelle is a partner in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins. He represents companies and financial institutions in a variety of public and private financing transactions, including secured and unsecured high yield debt offerings, initial public offerings, exchange offers, tender offers and other complex liability management transactions, as well as both consensual and in-court restructurings. He also assists companies in general securities law compliance, corporate governance efforts, stock exchange rules, and other public company matters. Mr. Lavelle has substantial experience with financing transactions for public and private companies across all sectors of the energy industry. Mr. Lavelle serves on the firm’s Technology Committee and is a regular contributor to the firm’s internal knowledge management and training efforts as well as its external client alerts and client training presentations.
