Bio

Todd Gleason is an experienced corporate attorney who advises strategic buyers and sellers and private equity and growth equity firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, governance matters, and other strategic corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Gleason advises companies throughout all stages of the business cycle, including emerging and developing companies, established private middle-market companies, and publicly held companies. Mr. Gleason draws on his extensive experience to provide clients with pragmatic solutions to many of their most sophisticated legal challenges. Mr. Gleason is a member of the American Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He also serves as a committee member of the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors (New England).
