Eric Schwartzman combines more than two decades of transactional and legal experience with practical business judgment to help clients buy, invest in, and sell companies. Mr. Schwartzman represents private equity sponsors and public and private companies in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, dispositions, take-privates, carve-outs, restructurings, and joint ventures. He has deep experience in a diverse range of industries, including technology and its many subsectors, telecommunications, media and entertainment, financial services, healthcare, consumer, retail, energy, manufacturing, and industrials.
