Adam Kestenbaum, Local Chair of the Tax Department in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins, focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. He advises on all types of compensation arrangements and benefit plans and in a variety of industries, with extensive experience working with oil and gas companies and master limited partnerships. Mr. Kestenbaum was recently named a Rising Star by Law360, which recognizes “attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments transcend their age.” Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Kestenbaum served as a law clerk to then-Vice Chancellor, now Chief Justice Leo E. Strine, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court.
