Geoffrey Neal regularly advises public companies on a wide range of topics, including SEC reporting and disclosure matters, listing exchange requirements, corporate governance, board and executive compensation, board and committee structures, director independence, annual meeting management, proxy disclosures, and developments and changing best practices in governance matters, including ESG-related corporate governance issues, reporting and disclosure. Geoffrey also dedicates a significant portion of his practice to advising on M&A transactions for both public and private companies. His experience spans a number of industries, including financial services, technology, telecommunications, food and beverage, transportation, retail, construction, healthcare and real estate.
