Erica Goven experience includes preparing and negotiating complex software license agreements, hardware and software purchase and support agreements and researching technology and regulatory issues affecting the financial services, health care and communications and media industries. She also has experience in trademark clearance, counseling clients on trademark protection issues, and working with foreign counsel to prepare and record documents necessary to effectuate trademark assignments and secure trademark registrations throughout the world. Additionally, Erica focuses her practice on general corporate transactions, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, the maintenance and enforcement of intellectual property rights, and contractual disputes and litigation.
