Eitan Tabak counsels and represents private equity sponsors, funds and their portfolio companies in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. Eitan’s work includes representing middle-market private equity funds in connection with their acquisitions and sales of various portfolio companies throughout the United States and across a wide range of industries, including retail wireless communications, technology, food and beverage services, fitness centers, transportation services and apparel. Eitan has experience advising domestic and foreign public companies and financial sponsors, in connection with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory and compliance matters, U.S. stock exchange listings, and corporate governance.
