Vincent Bergin Bio

Vincent is a corporate partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He advises private equity clients on acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions across all sectors. In 2016/17 he spent 15 months on secondment to leading private equity firm Advent International, advising its investment professionals on acquisitions and disposals across Europe. Vincent is recognised as a “Key Lawyer” by The Legal 500 (2023) and was named in Legal Week’s 2018 list of “Rising Stars: The Next Generation of City Private Equity Talent.”
