Noah Boyens is a corporate partner in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Noah's practice is focused on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their businesses, including structuring and negotiating various strategic and leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, senior and subordinated debt financings, growth equity and venture capital investments, restructurings and workouts, executive compensation arrangements and other general corporate matters.
