Nicholas Cast Bio

Nick Cast is a partner in the corporate transactional group, where he concentrates his practice on advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex domestic and cross-border business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, minority investment transactions, recapitalizations and restructurings, divestitures, private financings, executive compensation, incentive equity arrangements and other general corporate matters. Nick has handled such matters for numerous private equity sponsors, including Access Holdings, Bain Capital, Flexpoint Ford, GTCR, Madison Dearborn Partners, Paine Schwartz Partners, Parthenon Capital and Thoma Bravo, among others, as well as many of their portfolio companies. Over the course of his career, Nick has represented clients in transactions focused on the healthcare, life sciences, financial services, software, technology and insurance industries.
