Larissa Cespedes-Yaffar is a corporate partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Larissa counsels private equity and growth equity funds in complex corporate transactions including platform and add-on acquisitions, equity investments, sales, general corporate matters relating to portfolio companies and other significant transactions.
