Jessica Bihl Bio

Jessica Bihl is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She joined the Firm in 2017 as a corporate associate and focused her practice on M&A and private equity. In 2022, she transitioned into her current strategic advisory role, where she advises corporate associates on career development and serves as a consultant to partners on staffing strategy, utilization and performance management. She collaborates closely with fellow workflow integration partners across the Firm to provide consistent, nationwide support for optimizing associate performance and ensuring the long-term strength of Kirkland’s corporate platform.
