Jess Lepper is a corporate partner in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on leveraged buyouts of private and public companies, strategic mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. She also advises clients on corporate governance matters, defensive measures and other strategic matters. Jess' experience spans multiple industries, including software/IT, manufacturing (including chemicals, food products, medical devices and automotive parts), infrastructure, consumer products and asset management.
