Jennifer Gullotti is a corporate partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on structuring, negotiating, forming and operating private investment funds and related management companies. Jennifer represents sponsors across a wide range of industries, strategies and structures, including debt funds, energy funds, infrastructure funds, healthcare funds, co-investment vehicles, continuation funds, separately managed accounts and other private investment vehicles. She also advises clients on a variety of general corporate counseling matters including governance, organizational structure, internal operations, regulatory compliance and related matters.
