Hayley Hollender Bio

Hayley Hollender is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She is one of the leaders of the Firm’s transactional liability insurance practice, advising clients with respect to the negotiation and execution of representations and warranties insurance policies and other transactional risk insurance products. Hayley’s experience includes counseling private equity funds and their portfolio companies on structuring, negotiating and executing complex business transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations and restructurings, incentive equity and other compensation plans, and general corporate counseling and compliance. Hayley has advised on transactions in a wide range of industries, including food and consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, health care, energy, retail and technology.
