Alec Manzer is a partner in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice is principally focused on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex business transactions, including structuring and negotiating mergers & acquisitions, growth equity investments, carve-outs, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Alec has advised clients across multiple industries, including software, technology, transportation, infrastructure, renewables and clean energy.
