Bio

Vincent Bergin is a corporate partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He advises private equity clients on acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions across all sectors. In 2016/17 he spent 15 months on secondment to leading private equity firm Advent International, advising its investment professionals on acquisitions and disposals across Europe. Vincent was named in Legal Week’s 2018 list of “Rising Stars: The Next Generation of City Private Equity Talent."
