Valentine Bleicher is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Valentine concentrates her practice on advising U.S., French, Canadian and other international financial sponsors and public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross-border complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, strategically targeted equity investments, restructurings, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and general corporate counseling. Her practice covers a wide variety of industries, including energy, utilities and infrastructure, technology, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, manufacturing and industrial equipment, and consumer goods and retail.
