Ryan Brissette is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Ryan regularly represents private equity sponsors, private companies and public companies in a wide variety of strategic transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, carve-outs, business combinations involving SPACs, equity financings, joint ventures and other complex strategic transactions. He also counsels clients with respect to general corporate and governance matters.
