Lee Blum is a corporate partner in the Miami office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Lee focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as public and private companies in a variety of complex transactions. He also advises clients on general corporate and governance matters.
