Lauren Colasacco is a corporate partner in the New York office. Lauren regularly represents private equity firms, private companies and public companies in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including significant leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, carve-outs, joint ventures and other complex strategic transactions. She also counsels clients with respect to general corporate and governance matters. Lauren was recommended by Legal 500 U.S. for Private Equity Buyouts in 2022. Lauren was named a “Rising Star” by Law360 in 2021 and by The Deal in 2020, where a client noted, “Lauren did a phenomenal job. To flawlessly execute a… deal with this level of complexity and short fuse is a credit to Lauren.” She was also recognized as a “Notable Practitioner” for her work in PE and M&A by IFLR1000 from 2019–2022.
