Daniel Daines is a corporate partner in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies on complex business transactions, with particular focus in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts and related general corporate counseling.
