Daniel Connelly is a corporate partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice is principally focused on representing private fund sponsors and public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and other related transactions. Dan has robust experience across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, including Consumer Products, TMT, Diversified Industrials and Aerospace and Defense.
