Benjamin Dionne is a corporate attorney in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where his practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as other alternative asset managers, in a variety of complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity and minority investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters.
