Alia Heintz is a corporate partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture formation in the upstream oil-and-gas sector. Alia's transactional experience also includes advising clients in connection with complex joint development projects, farmout and participation agreements to develop oil and gas properties.
