Mr. Wang represents issuers and underwriters in a large number of initial public offerings and listings on overseas or PRC domestic stock exchanges of companies (including state-owned enterprises, privately-owned enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises). In addition, Mr. Wang has extensive experience in representing multinational or domestic companies in relation to their private placements, mergers & acquisitions, inbound and outbound investment.
