Tim Ma Bio

Tim Ma specialises in infrastructure projects and assets (including PPPs) across a range of sectors. This includes roads, rail, regulated utilities, energy, health and education. Tim advises on the major finance documents and project documents. In addition, Tim specialises in multiple-source financing platforms. He has strong experience in domestic and international capital markets for Australian issuers including syndicated bank debt, USPP, AMTN, EMTN, 144A and Asian funding sources. Tim also practices in general financing transactions.
