Ren Liguang specialises in domestic and overseas capital markets and private equity investment. With considerable experience in domestic and overseas capital markets, Mr. Ren has led a large number of projects, including corporate restructuring and reorganisation, domestic and overseas public offerings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of listed companies, cross-border M&A, refinancing of listed companies and issuance of corporate bonds. He advises clients in various industries such as TMT, pharmaceuticals, cross-border e-commerce and high-end equipment manufacturing. Mr. Ren is also experienced in private equity investment. He has advised investment institutions on their investment in listed companies, pre-IPO companies and start-ups.
