Jiao Fugang Bio

Jiao Fugang specializes in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, foreign investment in China, and private equity. Mr. Jiao has extensive experience in securities and represented a great number of large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in their IPO, mergers and reconstructing projects. His experience includes IPOs on Chinese domestic stock exchanges, the Hong Kong, NYSE and Nasdaq for clients in the finance, energy, electricity, telecommunications, steal, manufacturing industries, automobiles, food, pharmaceuticals industry, real estate, internet service provision, and software among others. Mr. Jiao developed extensive experience in foreign investment in China. He represented more than ten projects in foreign investment in various modes, participated a number of marketization projects in public utility and infrastructure, and of introducing investment projects from foreign and domestic as well. Mr. Jiao also provided clients legal services in private equity fund and venture capital projects.
