Jess Kruger has experience in large-scale digital infrastructure projects, long-term agreements for access to digital infrastructure (wholesale and retail), complex services agreements and M&A of digital infrastructure assets. Alongside her transactional practice, Jess is also an expert in telecommunications law and policy in Australia. Jess regularly advises clients on the Telecommunications Act, the facilities access regime and its related legislation and policy.
