Dong Jiaojiao Bio

Dong Jiaojiao specialises in compliance, corporate governance, and M&As. Her in-house experience in a large Chinese group and its listed SOE subsidiary familiarises her with the control models of the SOEs, their approval and decision-making process, legal risk management and compliance management practices. She has significant experience in compliance, corporate governance and equity diversification of SOEs. Ms. Dong is experienced in compliance and corporate governance, such as the proper operation of the shareholders’ meeting and the board of directors. She once was appointed as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of a listed company to oversee its ongoing compliance. She has compliance and risk management expertise in bulk trade and logistics and particular experience in M&As in agricultural, chemicals, minerals and energy sectors. Since joining King & Wood Mallesons, Ms. Dong has assisted a number of SOEs and private enterprises in M&As, compliance management or compliance risk control.
