Mr. George Gao specializes in private equity (PE), overseas IPO, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign direct investment (FDI), outbound investments and banking finance. In the area of private equity and M&A Mr. Gao has advised many domestic and foreign clients on due diligence, transaction structure design, document drafting, negotiations, and legal consultation in such industries as energy/resources, securities, banking, software, real estate, retail, and manufacturing.
