Mr. Chen Tianhua specializes in foreign direct investment and international trade. He has a wealth of experience in FDI, having handled numerous corporate establishments, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and dissolutions / liquidations. Mr. Chen is very familiar with every aspect of Sino-Japanese trade. He has extensive practical experience in currency regulations, import / export procedures, customs regulations and dispute resolution. He has handled projects in a range of industry sectors including, textiles, food, energy and resources, chemicals, electronics, machinery, logistics, finance and infrastructure, among others.
