Tobias focuses his practice om M&A, corporate, commercial agreements and employment law. Tobias has long lasting experience from complex M&A-acquisitions and large-scale fund raisings. Tobias provides day-to-day corporate, commercial and employment law related advice to clients in complex situations and environments. Tobias regularly represents buyers, sellers, investors and founders in connection with acquisitions and investments made in Swedish companies. Tobias acts as a strategic advisor throughout the entire M&A-process, from planning of due diligence to execution of complex transaction agreements. Tobias also holds long lasting experience of representing shareholder constellations in buy-out discussions and conflict-like situations.
