Renee Rossi Bio

Renee Rossi focuses her practice on venture financing transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, private placement offerings, securities law matters, and general corporate work. She works with a wide range of clients including startup and early-stage companies, venture capital, and private equity funds, privately-held companies, and professional investors. Prior to joining the firm, Renee was a partner in the Business and Finance Group at HMB Legal Counsel, a well-established, corporate-focused law firm based in Chicago, Illinois. Previously, Renee advised businesses and family offices on capital structure and transactional legal issues including venture capital investments, private equity transactions, debt offerings, joint ventures, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC compliance matters.
