Eric Larson focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Eric has broad litigation experience including mergers and acquisitions, commercial, real estate, products liability, land use and zoning, and insurance coverage. He has represented clients from a variety of industries in litigation matters in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation. Eric has served as lead counsel and second-chair in multiple cases and arbitrations, with other responsibilities including motion practice, managing discovery practices, preparing witnesses and experts, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, and insurance coverage. Eric is also active in both community and pro bono matters. Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a partner in the Commercial Litigation practice and a key member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice in the Atlanta, Georgia office of a full-service law firm where his matters included technology litigation, products liability, post-closing mergers and acquisitions disputes, and real estate litigation. Previously, Eric was a litigation associate in the Chicago, Illinois headquarters of an international law firm. He also served as law clerk for the Honorable Tu M. Pham in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. While attending law school, Eric was Senior Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He also served as a Legal Writing teaching assistant and a research assistant.
