Kevin is co-chairperson of the firm’s Business and Corporate Law practice group. He handles matters related to real estate, finance, lease and purchase and sale transactions, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, entity formation, commercial contracts and lien rights enforcement. Kevin is a past chair of the Business Law Section of the Michigan State Bar Association. Kevin advises clients on all aspects of business and real estate transactions. This includes structuring, negotiating and consummating stock or asset sale transactions, mergers, recapitalizations, as well as real estate sale and lease transactions. Kevin also specializes in business entity formation, ongoing governance and compliance matters, drafting and negotiating business contracts, and business planning.
