John Phair Bio

John Phair advises private equity sponsors, management teams and family offices on a range of strategic transactions and investment matters. He also advises clients in matters involving complex mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, internal restructuring, entity formation, equity incentive arrangements, capital raising and deployment, and general corporate governance. Mr. Phair has worked on behalf of clients in a broad range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, technology, retail goods, and entertainment. Mr. Phair received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law.
