Daniel Lichtl is a highly experienced attorney who specializes in corporate, business, and litigation law. He has successfully represented clients across a diverse range of industries. Mr. Lichtl’s primary focus is on corporate formation, business counseling, general corporate matters and litigation involving personal injury, property damage, and commercial and business disputes. He has helped clients acquire, finance, and structure industrial and agricultural developments, as well as negotiate various commercial transactions such as share subscription agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset sale agreements, yacht/vessel purchases and airplane purchases.
