Wendy represents a broad range of clients, including global companies, private equity funds, and other entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings, project and bond financings, and more. Wendy advises clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, consumer and retail, financial institutions, and information technology. Before embarking on her legal career, Wendy amassed an impressive and diverse scope of private and public sector experience. This experience informs and enhances her ability to work seamlessly with her clients’ in-house business and legal teams, persuasively negotiate and efficiently shepherd transactions to consummation, and protect her clients’ interests. She understands what her clients need from outside counsel because she has stood in their shoes during her tenure as a government executive. Wendy also served as an administrator in various capacities for the City of New Haven, Connecticut, where she oversaw municipal project development and financing instruments, among others. Wendy clerked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission during law school, working on special projects in the Division of Enforcement.
