Robert Salame Bio

Robert Salame is a partner at the firm’s New York office and concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and real estate related transactions, including financings, development, and cross-border investment. Robert’s corporate practice includes the representation of individual and corporate clients in a wide range of business-related matters ranging from general corporate and commercial work to strategic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, trademark and copyright licensing, financing and start-up work. Robert’s real estate practice encompasses acquisitions, dispositions and financing of a variety of property types including retail, office, multifamily, hotel and industrial assets utilizing a wide array of financing structures and deal features, including subordinate and mezzanine debt. Robert’s real estate practice also includes the representation of clients in connection with loan purchases, sales and modifications, and commercial leases and subleases.
