Oded Green Bio

Oded represents emerging growth companies in a variety of fields related to technology, biotechnology, software, robotics, and other technologies throughout their entire cycle of growth, in connection with their financings, venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. Oded also represents strategic investors, funds, and other investors. Oded currently serves as the practice group coordinator for the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice group, with members spread across the globe. Prior to joining the firm, Oded practiced corporate law in Israel. He is fluent in Hebrew.
