Michael Gorback Bio

Mike is a partner at the firm and a member of the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice group. Mike represents technology companies at all stages of growth, from corporate formation to debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, securities regulation, corporate governance, equity compensation, and all manner of day-to-day general counsel needs. In addition, Mike regularly advises both institutional and angel investors on early stage investments.
